It was my first time coming here and as soon as I walked in everyone was so nice and welcoming. The X-ray tech was super friendly and funny while taking my X-rays. Dr Gardner was really nice and explained everything I needed without trying to add a lot of additional things. He explained everything to me of what I needed in a way that was easy for me to understand and why I needed it. When it came time to talk about the billing process, Alexander did such a great job explaining the cost of everything to me and what my options were and didn’t try to push me to do everything all at once. He even drew a picture on paper to explain why certain things were needed for my teeth. It was such a great experience for a dentist office. Thank you to the entire staff that helped me!!
