The Implant Money Back Guarantee provides refunds for non-integrated implants or full refunds for an affected arch if too many implants fail to support the prosthesis, as determined by the treating Aspen Dental clinician. Refunds cover implant and surgery costs only or the full treatment for the affected arch. Patients must follow all instructions, provide accurate medical history, allow attempts to correct issues, and request refunds within 12 months of implant insertion to maintain guarantee eligibility. Medical non-compliance voids the guarantee.
