Dr. Cogshell is a dedicated and compassionate dental professional whose commitment to patient care is rooted in a strong academic foundation and a passion for lifelong learning. She completed her undergraduate studies at Western Michigan University, graduating in 2019, where she developed her early interest in health sciences and patient-focused care. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery DMD degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, graduating in 2024. During dental school, Dr. Cogshell distinguished herself through her clinical excellence, attention to detail, and her ability to build trust with patients of all ages. Following dental school, she completed her residency at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health at the University of Rochester, where she trained extensively in restorative techniques, emergency care, and comprehensive treatment planning. She joined Aspen Dental in 2024, where she is proud to provide high-quality, accessible care in a supportive and patient-centered environment. Dr. Cogshell is known for her warm personality, gentle approach, and her dedication to helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment. She believes strongly in patient education and in creating a collaborative, positive experience at every visit. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Cogshell leads an active and balanced lifestyle. She enjoys fitness, spending time outdoors, and being with her friends and family. She grew up with two sisters, whom she remains very close to, and she loves to unwind with mystery novels, her favorite genre. Dr. Cogshell is proud to bring her skill, empathy, and enthusiasm for dentistry to the community she serves.
