Excellent experience! I've had issues with a crown ever since it was placed by a different dentist. I even sought a second opinion elsewhere and was told nothing was wrong, so I left it alone. Unfortunately, the crown eventually came loose, which is what brought me to Dr. Penrod's office. They were able to get me in the very same day, listened to my concerns, and took the time to thoroughly evaluate the issue. Dr. Penrod, Patty, and Miranda are the best! I also had the opportunity to speak with one of the hygienists, and I apologize that I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. Everyone in the office made me feel welcome, and the entire visit was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

After visiting a different dentist office it became apparent that they had no intrest in helping me and just wanted to charge me lots of money. So i made my appointment at Aspen and Couldn't be happier. Dr. Penrod Really listened to what I wanted. He wasn't just looking at $ replacements of the dental peices that i was completely happy with that just needed ajusting. He and the dental assistant Kadian made sure to do exactly what I wanted, made me feel very welcome and heard. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I have never had such a great dental experience, they are so kind and caring. I will definitely be taking all my dental needs to them from now on, as well as referral to all my friends and family. You can tell that both Dr. Penrod and Ms. Kadian are good people who just love helping people by giving them their smiles back. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

As a part of Ocala’s dental community for over 20 years, Dr. Robert Penrod has been practicing dentistry in the 'On Top of The World’ and Villages area since 2005. Robert, past owner of multiple dental practices, found that ownership took time away from his passion, the dentistry. Selling those allowing him to focus on patient care, comfort and satisfaction, he has found a home at Aspen in southwest Ocala. A multi degree graduate of University of Florida, he has not strayed far from Gainesville, Ocala meets his criteria for hobbies, mountain biking, motorcycling and water sports.
