Its was amazingly thorough and once I get my insurance from my job I am definitely hoping that he can become my personal dentist. Ive never have such an informative and amazing visit.
I called because I had very painful tooth and asked if they could do an extraction. Person I spoke with said yes, gave me an appointment right away, and told me extractions are $200 plus and I would need X-rays etc but that would be free as I had never been to Aspen dental before. So I went to the appointment and was see pretty quickly, had all the X-rays. Dr came in and explained everything that needed to be done, said he had to make a plan for me. I’m in terrible pain thinking he was going to come back a pull the tooth. Now I’m waiting for a half hour or so and stepped out of room to ask if I’d been forgotten. A person at a desk called me over and said he was just finishing up with the plan So I sat down and he explained the plan. To complete the plan would cost $28,000. WHAT!!! I just want 1 tooth extracted. And I’m waiting for that now. Can’t do it today. Have to be on antibiotics and they can do it tomorrow. There saying I need 2 teeth pulled because the infection is spreading to the tooth beside it. $2000 +. But I only want 1 tooth pulled. End up walking out. They never gave me anything for the pain. I ended up in the ER later that evening. ER doctor gave me me Tylenol and advil and a numbing shot. Told me to see a dentist within 48 hours, which I have an appointment today. Why couldn’t Aspen have done those simple steps to address my pain at the time. Think twice about using them as your dentist.
