Dr. Medea Mohseni, DDS, FICOI earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and has been serving patients since 2023. She is dedicated to delivering advanced, evidence-based care with a strong focus on implant dentistry. Dr. Mohseni’s favorite aspect of dentistry is implant dentistry, where she restores both function and esthetics for patients who have experienced tooth loss. She finds great fulfillment in seeing the positive impact implants have on a patient’s confidence, comfort, and overall quality of life. Her approach emphasizes precision, modern techniques, and personalized treatment planning tailored to each individual’s goals. She is deeply committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in dentistry. Dr. Mohseni earned a Mastership in Implant Dentistry from the Misch International Implant Institute and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI). Her additional advanced training includes laser certification in periodontal diode laser treatment, Invisalign® certification, certification as a JW Method Approved Clinician for intermediate to advanced third molar surgery, and hands-on surgical implant training through Aspen Dental and Straumann. She also completed comprehensive surgical sessions and a live surgery course through the Misch Institute, an ADA CERP–recognized program. During dental school, she received the Horace Wells Senior Student Award from the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Mohseni is committed to providing high-quality care in a comfortable, respectful environment. She takes the time to listen carefully, clearly explain treatment options, and collaborate with patients to create treatment plans that align with their needs and long-term goals. Her priority is ensuring every patient feels informed, confident, and at ease throughout their care.
