I went to Aspen Dental because of an abscessed tooth. They did x-rays, determined that I needed to have a tooth extracted, and prescribed an antibiotic to reduce some swelling. After taking the antibiotic for a week, I tried to make an appointment to have the tooth extracted. I called their office 9 times over several hours that day. Four times they didn’t answer the phone. Three times I was cut off after talking to someone. Their records indicated that I did not keep my initial appointment (which I had kept). Twice they went to talk to the dentist about whether I could have the tooth extracted before having the cleaning they recommended on my initial visit. On my ninth call, the receptionist apologized that I had to call so many times, and promised he would call me back that day. He never called. The next day someone did call to see if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. When I told her that I had made arrangements with another dentist, she apologized for the “misunderstanding”. Find another dental office.
