Dr. Dorothy Crowley, DMD, MSD earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from The University of Alabama School of Dentistry and completed her Master of Science in Dentistry in Endodontics at UT Health Houston. With advanced specialty training, she is dedicated to providing precise, evidence-based endodontic care. Dr. Crowley especially enjoys performing root canal therapy and apical microsurgery, combining technical skill with meticulous attention to detail to help patients preserve their natural teeth. What she finds most rewarding is relieving pain and restoring comfort while saving teeth whenever possible. As your endodontist, Dr. Crowley provides compassionate, clinically excellent care focused on both outcomes and comfort. She strives to create a calm, supportive environment—and maybe even share a laugh along the way. Her philosophy is simple: deliver exceptional care while treating every patient with the honesty, compassion, and respect she would want for her own family. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and attending cycling classes. Her favorite foods include the crab cakes from Mitch’s Seafood in San Diego and the fried fish tacos from Pacific Coast Tacos in Houston.
