Dr. Kang seemed very knowledgeable and made me very comfortable with his care options.
Dr Kang had my back wisdom tooth extracted and after a few days, I was feeling intense pain not associated with the site where the tooth was removed, but all over my face. I went to get it checked out and I wanted to be checked for a dry socket. I went in, explained all my symptoms, and was brushed off and just given a rinse and told that it'll get better. Fast forward to the next 24 hours after leaving that visit being in the worst pain of my life. I was so freaked out about my pain that I called a second dentist to get their opinion and all my symptoms were described as dry socket. I went in the next day and demanded that something be done about my pain and for them to properly treat my dry socket. Dr kang said that he was "offended" that I had asked for "proper" treatment because he treated me with what he thought it was, but clearly he wasn't listening to me or what I was going through because I had come to the conclusion that it was dry socket just from researching on my own.
Kang wanted to pull 6-8 teeth and build 2 partial bridges. After a "too quick" below standard "cleaning", the only work Kang did was cut the gum tissue on 2 of my teeth....then filled 2 cavities----after having to remix filling compound and eventually offering his "pet response" (due to cavity being larger than shown on ALL the Xrays----Kang advocated "PULLING THESE 2 TEETH ALSO!!!) Medicare, incidentally, pays for partial bridges.....and Kang advocates "bridges" as answer to any/all tooth situations! My suspicions were confirmed by oral surgeon who "strongly advised" against pulling more than 2 failed root canals. Then, one filling popped out in a week. "2 weeks later" still waiting for help! CAN'T GET KANG or GREENBERG TO CARE ABOUT MY PAIN AND FIX POOR DENTAL WORK. Checking Greenberg ratings, found out they're NOT BBB affiliated---and have "F" rating for customer service problems. I NEVER felt like my health mattered, and that Greenberg only cared about HIGH MEDICARE billings.
