Went in to get a tooth pulled they were very quick friendly and professional. I would absolutely return to aspen dental in onalaska
I had been going to the same dentist for 11+ yrs, was unsatisfied with him when a major procedure was needed. Got another opinion with Dr Feilen. Yes things were different, I had to pay in full before procedures were done.. but she and her staff, all the way to the office staff were kind, compassionate, caring, patient, helpful and understanding of all of my fears and questions. Within 2 weeks my procedure was accomplished and all questions answered. Although I wish I didn't need this done, they all made me feel very comfortable and "normal". No one judged me or made me feel ashamed. The work was fast, compassionate and I felt like I was their only patient. I felt nothing, no pain and we talked the whole time. I wasn't just a patient, the minute i sat in that chair.... I became family. I highly recommend aspen dental in Onalaska. It's where I will continue to go. Thank you all for helping me. Much love.
The wait in the reception area is the ONLY thing that does not get a 5 star rating. The rest of my visit was stellar. Friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. I had so much fun I'm going back next week.
