Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office, their website was easy to navigate. I was able to reschedule my appointment myself from my phone in the middle of the night when I realized I needed to get in sooner than I had thought. They made it easy to figure out that they took my insurance. They were detailed and clear about payment, while also being kind and understanding, they took the time to explain my options to me so that I understood what the next steps were. We created a plan and it’s more affordable than I had anticipated. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It’s really a relief to get this dental work started. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing dental care. They were so phenomenal and professional while still being human and welcoming. I appreciate it greatly!
Update: “good faith estimate” they don’t charge you your deductible in your “estimate”, no one will mention this to you either. Its apparently because they don't want to “accidentally charge you twice”. So they are just charging me later unknowingly to me. No one called me back Friday after they said they would then Shannon calls me today talking about, “you left a message and wanted to set an appointment” even though i left a message asking about the call i did not get back. She was not helpful, refused any accountability interrupted me to accuse me of interrupting her while she continuously interrupted me and talked me in circles instead of being transparent and answering my questions directly. I got so frustrated trying to get her to understand what i was saying that i told her she was not being helpful and hung up, my exact words. I wish i couldve talked to the gentleman i spoke to friday who actually knew what was going on with my account and was going to escalate it cause he said it didn't make sense and agreed with me. Shannon basically told me its my fault for not asking my insurance provider and employer the correct questions, implying I was in the wrong for being troubled about a random 90$ bill popping up put of nowhere when ive already paid 420$ and anything they asked me to pay after. I wouldnt have even been notified about the bill till my next appointment if i hadn't called myself to make sure everything was fine as i was told it would be after my employer switched our insurance companies which apparently isnt even the issue. She got on the phone and told me something totally different than anyone else has explained to me and tried to make it like it was mh fault for being uninformed and upset. Sorry i dont like surprise bills and when people say theyre escalating something and will call me back that day then i call back after the weekend and receiving no call to find out that there were apparently no notes left from when i called on Friday and was told they'd escalate and call me back, according to shannon.
My daughter had 2 teeth pulled and everything went excellent! Staff very friendly and helpful with the whole procedure! Definitely recommend!
The experience was good. I haven't been to a dentist in a long time, and so far they have been good at working with me, and protecting my teeth.
