If there was 10 Stars.. I would have gave you people 10 Stars. Went above and beyond! everybody's so cheerful and pleasant, MADE MY DAY. Had a crack in my upper denture.. They gave me the five-star treatment. Walked me through everything with explanations. My appointment was at 8:15. After basic paperwork... took me into the room gave me all the necessary x-rays and check up. She took a pictures of my damaged upper denture. I saw the dentist she looked at my denture took it to the lab returned and stated Will see you this afternoon... Told her that would not work, I couldn't make it back there this afternoon if we could possibly push it ahead and get it before noon... She talked to the lab people, returned and told me to come back by 11:30 it'll be all done. Came back at 11:30 they made the proper fitting everything went great!! I'm one happy camper I found myself a new dentist great job by all! What a heck of a team they put together at Aspen dental in lake Geneva.. GOOD JOB THANK YOU MUCH! Pete

What is a dental bridge?

A dental bridge is a long-term and natural-looking way to replace one or more missing teeth. Designed to match the shape and color of your natural teeth, a bridge helps restore your smile with a seamless look. Beyond appearance, bridges support your oral health too—making it easier to chew, speak clearly and keep your teeth properly aligned.

What types of dental bridges are there?

Not sure which bridge is right for you? The best option depends on where your missing tooth is, how healthy your teeth are, and the health of your surrounding structure.
1
Traditional, fixed bridge
This is the most common option. It uses crowns on both sides of the gap to hold the replacement tooth in place. Traditional bridges are strong and durable, making them a trusted choice for patients missing one or more teeth in the same area.
2
Cantilever bridge
Used when there is only one natural tooth next to the gap, a cantilever bridge relies on a single anchor tooth for support. While less common, it can be effective when other options are not available.
3
Maryland bridge
This conservative option attaches the replacement tooth using porcelain or metal wings bonded to the back of neighboring teeth. It requires less preparation but may not be as durable for areas that take heavy chewing pressure.
4
Implant-supported bridge
The most stable option, this type uses dental implants instead of natural teeth for support. Implant-supported bridges provide excellent strength and longevity, making them ideal for patients seeking a permanent solution.
