I was terrified to go in after a bad dentist experience 10 yrs ago. I had been suffering from some pain and swelling, and called them up for a broken tooth. I was greeted at the front desk by a smiling face, she took my info and was so professional. The wait was very short to go back to the x-ray. The x-ray technicians were very kind and comforting, it put me at ease instantly. We went to the exam room and I got to meet the dental hygienist, she was gentle, not judging and patient with my questions and Then Dr Banks came in and he was swift and throughough with my exam. His bedside manner is exceptional and I truly look forward to going back. I want to Thank Jordyn, Dr. Banks, Amy and Melissa and the whole staff really!! This is where you need to go with your tooth problems, I'm not scared anymore and it's because of them. Highly recommend them.
Friendly staff and quite welcoming. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed in a helpful manner. They understand mouth pain is not fun and were quite helpful putting me on the right track to no more pain and a healthy smile.
