Everyone at the Waco office is so nice and caring! From the Simone at the front desk to the office manager to the lab tech, hygienist and doctor. This is the best experience I’ve had. Excellent customer service!
Dr. Hussain and his entire staff are amazing. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Edith, the R.D.H is super gentle and very informative about her process and ensures you’re thoroughly educated in both the condition of your teeth and proper home care for your teeth. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for your dental care.
I also have to mention the outstanding care the office staff provides. Simone, the receptionist, she is a doll (my husbands words, not mine). She is always so nice and professional. Tiffany and Daniel are top notch office managers. They personally attend to every patient and approach everyone with the TLC that every patient deserves.
I can’t express my complete happiness with words regarding this office.
At the beginning I felt anxiety, looked up death toll of people at dental offices , but once I came in I felt Gods spirit in the office . Starting with the receptionist she was very nice , and after the consultation with Tiffany a burden was lifted off my shoulders. Her patience and her understanding helped me so much . Irene the X-ray tech was very nice and helped me feel at ease . The day of the procedure I was very scared and Gladys , Dr Husain, and Tiffany were such a blessing comforted and assured me that everything would be ok. I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure and everything went smooth . I’ll be coming back to finish my treatment and I have also recommended family members to have this office as a primary dental provider. The staff was a blessing overall.
