Katie The Greaty
Going to the dentist sucks but today I met Katie. Katie is a hygienist and somehow while welding her high-pitched miniature torture tools I absolutely enjoyed my entire experience. The experience was complete with facial spritzing, awkward posturing, gratuitous flouride smattering, low brow one liner humor appreciation and ultimately my teeth look frickin fantastic. I don't know if having a favorite hygienist is normally thing, but it is now..... Some people just have a good spirit that can't be faked. Spank you for my first ( non suck) dental experience.
My experience with Apsen Dental was a 10/10. Starting from when I first walked through the door. I was greeted very professionally. I sat in the waiting area no longer than 10mins before being called to the back to take my x-rays with Valeria who was kind and friendly. From there I spoke with the Hygienist Katie that was very nice, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Then I was greeted by the Dentist himself Dr. Benosman. He was very gentle, well experience gave me all of his recommendations and left the ball in my court to decide. Lastly I spoke with one of the office managers by the name of Andrea. She definitely made me feel so comfortable, went over all of my recommendations, broke down everything that was covered by my insurance, what my out of pocket would be and what my financing options were. Overall, my visit exceeded my expectations. Its safe to say that I have found my new home for all of my dental care. With some amazing professionals and let's not forget about Dominik your second pair of eyes and ears love it!!
Thank you

Dr. Benosman, Laly, and Donavan helped my mother with her issues even though she had an infection and less than ideal breath. 😁 Thank you for helping her and making sure the insurance covered everything we needed for her dental & health. Hope to use your services for this year and next. Thank you
