The technician who helped with my X-rays and impressions was also wonderful. I was having a difficult time with gagging during the impressions, and she was so patient and compassionate—she even rubbed my back to help me through it. That small gesture meant so much and truly showed how much she cared about my comfort.
Faith was amazing when it came time to discuss the financial side of my treatment. She was kind, informative, and took the time to walk us through all of our options. She helped us come up with a plan that worked within our budget without ever making us feel pressured or rushed.
