I am happy that I came. I had a great experience not overwhelming not pushing me to get something. I did not need. Thanks.
Dr. Christopher Williams and the entire Aspen Dental team on Hulen Street in Southwest Fort Worth,
Texas.
Thank you for the exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism you showed me during my dental treatment.
As a patient, I was initially given the option of extracting two teeth—one upper and one lower—in the back of my mouth. Since they were not visible, I thought removing them would be the most cost-effective solution. After all, no one would have known but God, my dentist, and me.
However, Dr. Williams took the time to listen, educate, and explain that losing those teeth could create more significant dental issues in the future. While I was focused on saving money in the moment, God had a greater plan. Through His provision and the guidance of Dr. Williams, I was able to find a solution that helped me save both my teeth and my finances.
I am deeply grateful for the way Dr. Williams and his associates cared not only about the pain in my mouth but also the pain in my pocketbook. That level of compassion and collaboration meant more than words can express.
If I could hand out purple stars 💜, every member of the team would receive one. Since I cannot, please know that each of you will always hold a special place in my heart and remain in my prayers.
Thank you again for everything you have done for me and for the many Aspen Dental patients whose lives you impact every day. May God continue to bless each of you as you serve others with excellence, kindness, and care.
With sincere gratitude,
Vanessa Anderson-Brown 💜
I've had dental issues my whole life (thanks genetics), so I'm always anxious when I have to have a visit, especially if it's a new facility. My insurance coverage led me to Aspen Dental with Dr. Williams and I'll be honest, I was very nervous to go to a "chain" dentist. My nerves were unfounded. The office staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I can speak to the services because I ended up having nearly everything. Lock in, it's a long one:
First, I had a consultation where the imaging was extremely thorough including a 3D scanner (which was super cool). After my imaging, Dr. Williams came in and took his time speaking with me, answering questions, and explaining the care plan recommendation. I ended up with a broken tooth (which is what prompt the initial visit) needing a root canal, and a tooth with an infection I didn't even know about. Very quickly, my appointment with the endodontist was scheduled.
The endodontist was AMAZING. She was honest about the infected tooth and gave me options regarding treatment but also gave me her recommendations. I ended up having a root canal on the broken tooth and while it's weird to say, it was almost enjoyable. No discomfort, no pain. Nothing like a previous root canal I had where I was in pain and uncomfortable. Definitely recommend her if you need an endodontist.
Following the root canal, it was decided to have the infected tooth extracted and place a bone graft. This was scheduled quickly and Dr. Williams was FANTASTIC. I had never had an extraction before so he took the time to explain the procedure and was very thorough. I had absolutely no pain or discomfort during the extraction (molar). Again, something I was extremely anxious about ended up being completely fine. After care was explained and I was on my way.
Through this office I've also had two visits with the hygienist, who is WONDERFUL as well as getting the crown made and placed following my root canal. So like I said, pretty much everything. It's likely I'll be back for an implant once the extraction and bone graft heal completely, but I'm sure it will be absolutely fine.
As a person who has spent many many hours (and many many dollars) at the dentist, this is a huge deal. Apparently I've just gone to rough dentists in the past. This office is so much better. I started anxious and scared, but now that I've had all these treatments done, I feel completely comfortable and know Dr. Williams and his team will take great care of me.
Trust me when I say this is a huge win. Highly recommend.
What is a dental bridge?
A dental bridge is a long-term and natural-looking way to replace one or more missing teeth. Designed to match the shape and color of your natural teeth, a bridge helps restore your smile with a seamless look. Beyond appearance, bridges support your oral health too—making it easier to chew, speak clearly and keep your teeth properly aligned.
What types of dental bridges are there?
Not sure which bridge is right for you? The best option depends on where your missing tooth is, how healthy your teeth are, and the health of your surrounding structure.Traditional, fixed bridge
This is the most common option. It uses crowns on both sides of the gap to hold the replacement tooth in place. Traditional bridges are strong and durable, making them a trusted choice for patients missing one or more teeth in the same area.
Cantilever bridge
Used when there is only one natural tooth next to the gap, a cantilever bridge relies on a single anchor tooth for support. While less common, it can be effective when other options are not available.
Maryland bridge
This conservative option attaches the replacement tooth using porcelain or metal wings bonded to the back of neighboring teeth. It requires less preparation but may not be as durable for areas that take heavy chewing pressure.
Implant-supported bridge
The most stable option, this type uses dental implants instead of natural teeth for support. Implant-supported bridges provide excellent strength and longevity, making them ideal for patients seeking a permanent solution.
