Even though they were clearly very busy, she found a way to get us seen within 2 hours, and she made sure we were comfortable while we waited. Karen went over our insurance like a pro — honest, clear, and patient. No surprises, no confusion. Dr. Johnson was kind, calm, and made it all seem easy. He answered every question and handled the tooth removal with skill and precision. While we were there, they must have seen 25+ people, and the whole team moved like they’ve been taking care of clients together, forever. It was smooth, respectful, and caring from start to finish.
