Oral surgery in Lexington, SC

I haven't been to the dentist in a while and the Lexington Aspen team made me feel right at home. I was seen quickly and my teeth felt the cleanest they ever have because of their hygienist Jared. Dr. Romaine was super nice and was thorough in her explanations about my dental health. Chelsey and Sahara were so patient with me as they went over financing options for my treatment. Overall, the best experience Ive had at a dental office.

I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I arrived at the front desk to my time in the exam chair. Every staff member I encountered was kind, friendly, and patient. The front desk team, Christina and Sahara, greeted each customer with a smile (both in person and over the phone) and were helpful in finding answers to my questions. Loreal, the dental assistant, and Dr. Romain were extremely knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service. Exceptional service like this is rare these days, and I’m truly happy to have found a team that still exemplifies it. Thank you!

Asia is a dental hygienist here (at least I'm assuming that's her role). But not only did she listen to my frustrations, but she even said if you need to vent more, don't feel like you have to hold back. And that made me laugh and she really validated my concerns. Also she was soooo gentle and I will 100% ask for her at my next appointment!! Full transparency, the location as a whole has had issues for me. But Asia was a BRIGHT spot today.
