I don't review often, but I genuinely had a fantastic experience. Their front office staff is very nice and always seem nice and accommodating. My guess is that they have a great working environment because everyone I saw seemed happy.
Dr. Vitalli was attentive, prompt, and kind. Maria, the dental hygienist is awesome. She is very good at her job and fast. Just as important, she is kind, funny, and empathetic. She is also very honest. She refunded services I had already paid for because she found them to be unnecessary. I would have had no idea if the particular work was done or necessary.
I have always hated going to the dentist and I have been to several others in the area and I can honestly say Aspen of Easley is a winner.
My experience at Aspen Dental of Easley was awesome. As someone who hates going to the dentist because of the cost, lack of trust, education, and overall care of the patients. From the moment I walked in they ensured that I remained educated on each process and provided me with a solution to any of my dental concerns. From the Dentist that answered questions and provided support, well educated Dental Hygienist that educated me on everything no matter how much time it took.. and the lovely Sam that ensured the services were affordable. This service was impeccable and Top Tier!!!!!! Kudos!!!!
