I cannot give enough stars for Dr. Himel and her staff. I have put off a lot of dental work that was needed and embarrassed by my smile. Everyone at the office treated me so well and I did not feel embarrassed; they just provided me with solutions. They were caring and understanding and every time I was in the office, and it was a lot, I received the same great service.
I was not the easiest patient. I was terrified in the chair, and they talked me through it and did it at my pace. They let me be a bit dramatic at times but were always understanding. Had a 9 month check up due to I had rescheduled my 6 month. I am so bad with name but the Dental hygienist that cleaned my mouth was very good
All of the staff were great. Friendly and kind. Julie was very helpful at going over the plan for everything that needs to be done. She also assisted with communicating my message to Dr. Himel. Dr. Himel is great. She cares about her Patients.
