I recently been to a different dentist that was awful in my opinion. I came here with kind of an emergency. A cracked tooth that was infected and needs to be pulled. I was extremely surprised with the pricing not using insurance was cheap in my eyes to be seen and get a full set of X-rays. The the office ladies were awesome kind and sweet. The woman who took my x-rays was great and patient with me. The hygienist was very nice listen to what I had to say, gently took care of the issues he was looking at. And the dentist was extremely friendly super open and talkative about what was going on and what he recommended. And quickly gave me a solution and a plan to take care of the issue I was having. I definitely recommend and have already sent out the number to friends and family that I know need dental Care. Highly recommend.
The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the assistant, Zuli, was very supportive when I was nervous about my procedure.
We had such a great experience at Aspen Dental. My mother-in-law was extremely nervous about her appointment knowing she was going to need an extraction, but the entire team truly went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and safe. From the manager Jazlin, who helped me get a last minute appointment for her set up asap, to the manager at the front desk that welcomed us when we got there and everyone on the rest of the team were welcoming, kind, and so helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of her questions, and made sure she felt reassured and comfortable every step of the way. You could genuinely feel that they cared about her comfort and well-being.
It made such a difference for a family who struggles with dental anxiety. We are so grateful for the compassion and professionalism they showed her. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone, especially if you’re feeling nervous about going to the dentist!
