First appointment was 6/19. To start, scheduling the appt was incredibly easy via their website and they were able to see me as a new patient within 10 days. I was beyond impressed! Admittedly, I hadn’t been to a dentist in about 5 years. I’m not sure what I expected from this appointment but I felt they went above and beyond. Full X-rays, met with the dentist, hygienist, the cost was broken down and easy to understand. I just went in for a cleaning and some X-ray, and the dentist fixed a broken tooth I’d had for years during my first visit! Interestingly enough, I asked about some cosmetic changes to my smile, replacing some old, dark fillings from 20 years ago. This would have been a great cash grab opportunity since I was prepared to pay out of pocket and the provider said to me “I usually say if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. We can do it of course but here’s the risk involved.” I appreciated the honesty and decided against switching them out. I’m thinking about investing in their version of Invisalign in the future. Moving forward I’ll be scheduling my cleanings diligently every 6 months! Thanks everyone! Shout out to Molly as well and the young lady who discusses payment/financing options. Both were incredibly sweet.
