The care and concern that they had for me and my wellbeing was incredible. They got me in as an emergency and took excellent care of me! I am so thankful for them 🤍
I have a fear of dentists, massive fear. I had some traumatic things happen as a child and it still causes issues as an adult. I put off dental care until I’m in pain because of this. That being said, today I had to go on an emergency basis. I have an abscess and need to get it taken care of. It just happened and when I woke up this morning with a swollen face I called Aspen Dental and they were able to get me in today. I went and I’m usually good until they call my name and I sit in the dental chair. I get so nervous that I have been told by a hygienist that they wouldn’t work on me unless I was sedated. I have even had one dentist tell me I was acting like a child because I literally started crying. I’m telling you this fear is bad. I told the dental assistant, Marie, about my issue and she immediately made me feel better. She talked with me, asked if I would like the lights turned down, turned some nature sounds on and she explained everything to me. She even spoke to the dentist, Dr Turner, prior to her coming in to see me! That absolutely made me feel so much more comfortable and at ease. I thanked her before I left because now maybe I can get my teeth better and love my smile again.
I love Aspen Dental! I have gone to this location for years and the staff is always friendly and welcoming and willing to answer any questions before and after your treatment. Highly recommend!!
