I left my old dentist and made an appointment with Aspen dental and I am happy I did! When I got there the office girls were very friendly. Then the lady that did my X-rays was so nice and funny and she moved quick because that’s kind of a long and uncomfortable process taking all those X-rays but she was great!! Then met with the hygienist and she was wonderful too! She did my gum health and then did my cleaning and it was the best cleaning experience I’ve had in a long time!! She was friendly and talked to me through the whole thing! Then I saw the doc and he was so nice and me feel comfortable. He gave me some options for what I could do with one of my damaged teeth and gave me good news about one that I thought would need pulled! Over all it was a great experience and I hate going to the dentist. Everyone one I met was nice and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!
My mom has Alzheimer’s. Everything we do is very difficult, she is scared and confused. Every employee that we encountered- the receptionist, X-ray tech, Dr Augustine, They were amazing! They were patient. They were kind. They spoke slowly used examples to try to help her understand. I was literally in tears at one point and they were so very understanding. I cannot say enough good things about how kind and wonderful the staff is.
Every one was happy and friendly
