Best experience having a procedure done ever. Everyone was so nice and friendly.

I recently had a broken tooth causing me a lot pain. I had called several other dentists and was told 2-3 weeks at the earliest that I could be seen which I had severe pain and something needed to be done asap. I called as soon as I got home from work and within a hour. I had an appointment that day. The staff were very professional and the ladies were all cordial and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They extracted my broken tooth. They were excellent didn’t take them no time at all.I feel so much better today. I would highly recommend thanks to all the staff you guys are amazing people again thank you 😊

I would highly recommend Aspen Dental, Lima Ohio to anyone who may have dental anxiety. From the first phone call to set up my consultation, I was greeted with a friendly and understanding tone. My first appointment was the consultation and x-rays. I shared that I was extremely nervous, and I felt like they took that into account and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Yang did an amazing job explaining everything to me and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed. The next step was setting up the care to which I did that with Kasey. Kasey again met me with understanding and help walk me through next steps. I signed up to have extensive work done, over $5,200. Over the next few weeks, I had several appointments, including cleanings, fillings and some extractions. Each time I came into the office I had a new employee, but it did not matter because each of them have been extremely kind patient and understanding. I cannot say enough, how much they put my mind at ease. The only slightly negative I would share is that the extraction appointment I was not able to do because of anxiety so Dr. Yang being as understanding as she is gave me another option to come back with the medication to help me get through the appointment. While setting up this next appointment, it did not fall in the same month as my other appointments and I felt a little pushed to get it all done in the same month. When I was unable to make that work in the same month, I did feel as I let someone down, but I just couldn’t make the appointment work in the month of January. I’m not sure if this is a commission issue or not but unfortunately my schedule wouldnt allow it. All in all, I cannot say enough good things about this office. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and colleges. Thank you, Dr. Yang and your staff!!
