Dr. Syed was an absolute blessing for me. I got an appointment scheduled an hour and a half after my call. The entire staff was great and accommodating. They thoroughly listened to my concerns. They worked on my Zirconium implant that had gotten loose that no other dentist knew how or wanted to work on. I called 10 different practices!! One dentist even told me it was broke without even examining the implant or trying. Mine is a full zirconia abutment and implant that is cement retained not screw retained. She was able to go over my past dentist notes quickly and thoroughly and had the exact zirconium oxide-compatible dental cement to get my #9 front tooth back in and secured. I went 3 days with a missing front tooth and got gaslit into thinking my implant was broken due to other dentist not listening to me or having the expertise to understand the complexities of zirconium implants. Aspen dental saved the day. I was even refereed to a Prosthodontist and almost every dentist wanted to have me get an entire new implant when mine was perfectly fine! Incredible work and true professionals here. Would highly recommend!!
Amaaazing crew!! i love this location , I got treated at another location ( N High Street ) was always issues with the meetup. Contacted this location to see if I can get treated there instead. Went in the same day meet up with Simone and she explain everything to me got the appointment asap!
03/2025 On my final visit to Aspen Dental, I saw Dr. Syed. Awesome bedside manner, she was attentive to what I needed and fixed the issue with my dental implant promptly. 11/26/2025 went in for a dental appliance realignment. Great dental technician took care of me, he was downright great. I hope they treat him well. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. 10/27/2026 Aspen Dental has a dentist that's been there for about 18 months. She's excellent at what she does and she's compassionate which is lacking in most doctors today. Her name is Dr Syed. She's is top notch and I highly recommend her for all your dentistry needs.

What is a dental bridge?

A dental bridge is a long-term and natural-looking way to replace one or more missing teeth. Designed to match the shape and color of your natural teeth, a bridge helps restore your smile with a seamless look. Beyond appearance, bridges support your oral health too—making it easier to chew, speak clearly and keep your teeth properly aligned.

What types of dental bridges are there?

Not sure which bridge is right for you? The best option depends on where your missing tooth is, how healthy your teeth are, and the health of your surrounding structure.
1
Traditional, fixed bridge
This is the most common option. It uses crowns on both sides of the gap to hold the replacement tooth in place. Traditional bridges are strong and durable, making them a trusted choice for patients missing one or more teeth in the same area.
2
Cantilever bridge
Used when there is only one natural tooth next to the gap, a cantilever bridge relies on a single anchor tooth for support. While less common, it can be effective when other options are not available.
3
Maryland bridge
This conservative option attaches the replacement tooth using porcelain or metal wings bonded to the back of neighboring teeth. It requires less preparation but may not be as durable for areas that take heavy chewing pressure.
4
Implant-supported bridge
The most stable option, this type uses dental implants instead of natural teeth for support. Implant-supported bridges provide excellent strength and longevity, making them ideal for patients seeking a permanent solution.
