I’ve been going to this location over the past year after not having a cleaning in almost 20 years and experiencing serious dental anxiety. Yet from day one the staff at Aspen dental have been so friendly and nonjudgmental that I’ve always felt comfortable coming here. You can see from the dentists, to the front desk staff, to the hygienist and the assistants that all the employees seem genuinely happy to be working here, and that in itself is a sign of a positive and well run business. When the employees are happy, the environment is calmer and more relaxed for patients, too.
Today I met Dr. Blanford for the first time, and he is very professional, quick and efficient at his job, and friendly enough that I didn’t just feel like another number, but like a valued patient.
