While I know most people have a fear of going to the dentist, I have bordering phobia of going. When it became clear that I know longer could put things off, my husband researched and booked an appointment. My first visit, Myisha greeted us with just the warmest, welcoming smile. Naquay sat down with me and we discussed my fears and issues. She held my hand as I cried and she promised me that she would stay by my side for the entire appointment. We discussed the course of action that was going to work best for me and so began the journey to a new smile. Dr. Kramer (who is no longer at this location but super friendly and supportive) came in and I can say I couldn't even open my eyes and actually never even saw his face that day. We decided to pull my remaining teeth and dentures were the next step. Catilin was always there to fix any issues with fittings and there have been a few. Genesis was incredibly supportive through every step as well. One visit, I had a major panic attack and was getting out of the chair, during a procedure, Genesis and Naquay held my hands while I calmed down and helped me get back in that chair. Demi and Kayla, I truly hope everyone at that office knows how much I have appreciated their support. Today was my final visit to get my new smile and I can not begin to say Thank You enough to the staff. While my fears are still there, I know that the dental team truly cares.
