I loved Dr. Story, Sharon, and her staff. I felt really understood, seen, and respected. I had a couple of presenting issues and I felt she customized my health care plan not only to prevent future issues prioritizing my long term health but also my comfort. She was extremely through, answered all of my questions and put me at ease. The all-woman staff were wonderful — patient, gentle, and so considerate, especially knowing my past dental experiences. I feel so grateful for their thoughtful and kind approach. I will definitely come back again! I'm so glad to have found such a wonderful dentist.

I’ve been coming here for a month now and this crew has made me feel at home !! They’re very understanding , work around your schedule and make sure you feel comfy!!! Heather was very very helpful as far as helping me with my financial plan along with Scott !! Super outgoing and nice ! They made me want to come back !! Dr story had been an ANGEL. My anxiety will send my body into shock & she made sure to make me breathe, relax, & if I felt anything, they made sure to fix that asap!! 💛 not to mention miss Any in the front !! Super outgoing and helpful !! Real deal nice 🥹. 100000/10 recommend this location . I’ll never go anywhere else !!! And I’m a HUGE baby !! I LOVEEEE my crown !

I arrived for my first consultation due to severe pain in a tooth wanting to be evaluated for a top denture plate. I arrived x-rays were taken immediately by Chelsea and I was taken to a room. Dr. Story arrived and told me she could help me today with my toothache and extraction of teeth and have me a dentures ready by Monday!! I was ecstatic. I was sent to office manager, Heather, where I was assisted with getting a payment plan set up with an outside source and teeth pulled and all things done to get ready for dentures Monday. The nicest Doctors and dental assistants. Dr. Story and Dr.Blanc both assisted me today. I highly recommend this office to anyone. Excellent service!! I thought I had posted this...but had not..I am now 6 months post getting dentures..and today I went in for my permanent set of dentures. So happy with the treatment I have received here in the Shelby office. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for giving me the best smile I have ever had in my life.
