All I can say is WOW! What a GREAT experience at the Garner location! I did not have a dentist locally but was experiencing some tooth pain and got an appointment quickly. Was treated right away and I have honestly never been treated so well by any dental office. Mark, the hygienist was super thorough in explaining what was happening as well as in depth preventative measures. Dr. Chen was very kind and also thoroughly explained my treatment. Very passionate about teeth and I appreciate that since a dental office is not my favorite place! LOL
Everyone in the office was super nice. I was not pressured into anything. In fact just the opposite. Treatment plan was thoroughly explained and very affordable. We will be returning with the whole family! Thank you so much!
Super clean facility staff treated me like family and they were very interested in my condition and they fit me in rite away and set financing for me wasn't for them idk what I would have done this place is great and want be going any were else..
Got seen today at 31 weeks pregnant to get 2 teeth extracted and I was amazed with the treatment today from front of house to the back! I am an anxious person so talking with the dental assistant made me calm down so much and I just kept asking questions to make myself at ease and when I was numb and ready to go, it took literally 30-60 seconds max for the dentist to get BOTH teeth out! He even answered some questions after about my road to dentures/implants after baby’s born. Best experience so far, ever, as far as me and dentistry goes! Can’t wait to come back after baby girl is born and get the rest removed and get dentures so I can love my smile again! Thank you doc for getting me out of pain today and the infection out before it got to my jaw bone! See you soon!
What is a dental bridge?
A dental bridge is a long-term and natural-looking way to replace one or more missing teeth. Designed to match the shape and color of your natural teeth, a bridge helps restore your smile with a seamless look. Beyond appearance, bridges support your oral health too—making it easier to chew, speak clearly and keep your teeth properly aligned.
What types of dental bridges are there?
Not sure which bridge is right for you? The best option depends on where your missing tooth is, how healthy your teeth are, and the health of your surrounding structure.Traditional, fixed bridge
This is the most common option. It uses crowns on both sides of the gap to hold the replacement tooth in place. Traditional bridges are strong and durable, making them a trusted choice for patients missing one or more teeth in the same area.
Cantilever bridge
Used when there is only one natural tooth next to the gap, a cantilever bridge relies on a single anchor tooth for support. While less common, it can be effective when other options are not available.
Maryland bridge
This conservative option attaches the replacement tooth using porcelain or metal wings bonded to the back of neighboring teeth. It requires less preparation but may not be as durable for areas that take heavy chewing pressure.
Implant-supported bridge
The most stable option, this type uses dental implants instead of natural teeth for support. Implant-supported bridges provide excellent strength and longevity, making them ideal for patients seeking a permanent solution.
