Everyone I met here was very helpful and professional.
I had a broken tooth that was painful. I knew I had other issues with different teeth and they Brianna took lots of images before I saw the doctor. She was a bright face and knew not to speak too quickly. (People who repeat the same phrases over and over again, tend to mumble or speak like it’s a disclaimer at the end of a commercial! Lol). She gave clear and concise instructions and explanations as she went! Much appreciated! As it had been around three years since I’ve seen a dentist, I felt like that was appropriate. The images they take now are amazing. I didn’t realize they could digitally capture and map the inside of your mouth. It had been done before, but this time I watched it. Fascinating! She also showed me how partials and dentures have improved over the past decades. When Doctor “K” came in and did his hands on exam, he explained what he had found and what alternatives were available for each problem. He was very professional and pleasant. After this part of the visit, I saw the young lady who goes over each i with you and keeps a record of what option you prefer for each problem. At the end, she tells you the total. The economy being where it is, the office will attempt to assist you with financing right there. I was delighted to find that if you are able to pay the total off within 9 days, there is no interest charge. This will make it much easier to get the work done in small steps.
So good and efficient! Was a very positive experience!!
