Staff was professional and nice

NEW review! They take upsell to a new level. The assistant office manager sits in the exam room to sell more work. But I digress, I had a partial plate made. After wearing the piece for a couple of weeks it simply does not fit and more, causes pain. I made an appointment to fix it, "there will be a $58.00 dollar charge" that rubbed me the wrong way. but ok. I go to my appointment and tried to pay by credit card "sorry you have to charge at least $200.00". ugh. Yup, trying to sell me a cleaning as well. I did not get serviced that day. Beware of these folks.

Very friendly and helpful. Made sure I understood what had to be done.
