Had an appointment today for a re-lining of my dentures. My Denture tech if you will, his name is Norberto, hands down.. awesome guy.
He clarifies himself if you seem to be confused without really need asking, as something going into getting dentures can be tricky. Every appointment always asks how you have been, like an old friend would. Small things such as these make appointments, much less stressful.
Obviously you only go through healing and getting dentures really one time. Every step of the way, at ASPEN kalamazoo, Norberto has specially made sure i was heard and that I understood my options.
I genuinely have had a great experience here compared to any other dentistry I have experienced. Norberto, gets what needs to be done, done right and fast! On top of that, always allowing and making time to make sure your comfortable and is always in a polite and friendly attitude.
