Aspen dental was great Rochelle and Kate were amazing along with everyone else I was desperate need of a extraction and called everyone and felt hopeless until I got ahold of them and they got me right In and even tried to get me to save my tooth before pulling it but but I just couldn’t wait so I went with it being pulled same day! I recommend this office 100% if you’re looking for any dental assistance
I have been seeing the same dentist for 35 yrs until my husband retired and we lost our dental insurance. I purchased another and my dentist does not deal in their network so I was on the hunt for a new dentist. That’s not easy! Several people suggested Aspen and I thought, “no, I want a real dentist”. Like why would I go to the pet store vet, I want a real vet? Boy I couldn’t have been more wrong! I forgot to think outside the box! I was so impressed! Aaliyah, Heather, Johanna, LeeAnn and Dr. Kheiri were AMAZING!! Extremely professional and friendly. I was so glad I went!! I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Okemos!!
Staff are very friendly and put you at ease before, during any cleaning or operation. Dental assistants/ nurses in my opinion and doctors are very competent. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to deal with my dental health.
What is a dental bridge?
A dental bridge is a long-term and natural-looking way to replace one or more missing teeth. Designed to match the shape and color of your natural teeth, a bridge helps restore your smile with a seamless look. Beyond appearance, bridges support your oral health too—making it easier to chew, speak clearly and keep your teeth properly aligned.
What types of dental bridges are there?
Not sure which bridge is right for you? The best option depends on where your missing tooth is, how healthy your teeth are, and the health of your surrounding structure.Traditional, fixed bridge
This is the most common option. It uses crowns on both sides of the gap to hold the replacement tooth in place. Traditional bridges are strong and durable, making them a trusted choice for patients missing one or more teeth in the same area.
Cantilever bridge
Used when there is only one natural tooth next to the gap, a cantilever bridge relies on a single anchor tooth for support. While less common, it can be effective when other options are not available.
Maryland bridge
This conservative option attaches the replacement tooth using porcelain or metal wings bonded to the back of neighboring teeth. It requires less preparation but may not be as durable for areas that take heavy chewing pressure.
Implant-supported bridge
The most stable option, this type uses dental implants instead of natural teeth for support. Implant-supported bridges provide excellent strength and longevity, making them ideal for patients seeking a permanent solution.
