I arrived there with a broken front tooth on my upper denture that snapped off during lunch with my daughters. I was in a complete panic, feeling stressed and totally embarrassed. As the sign on their window proudly says, “Have an emergency? We got you!”—they absolutely lived up to that promise.
Zeb, the dental technician, was literally on his way out to lunch when I arrived. Instead of turning me away or asking me to come back later, he immediately put my needs first and gave up his lunch break to help me. Within 30 minutes, my denture was completely repaired and I was back on my way with my smile restored feeling relaxed and grateful. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond meant more to me than I can express.
I also want to recognize Lea, who was incredibly helpful with scheduling follow-up appointments for my family while I waited for my repair and her knowledge with the warranties for my dentures. She was super sweet. kind, compassionate, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free from the moment I walked through the door.
It’s rare these days to find a team that genuinely cares about people the way they did for me. Zeb and Lea treated me with kindness, urgency, and respect, and turned what could have been a very upsetting day into a super positive experience.
