LaShanta is one of the sweetest dental assistants I’ve had. She was training Marissa and they were both wonderful. Dr. Cheek was very confident and efficient and I’ll be happy to come back here for continued treatment. They are very busy, but they consider your needs and have outlets for chargers and tvs to pass the time, as well as coffee and water.
My first visit to Aspen Dental went well. DA Vee, very patient when at the front desk, helped me on the phone with an appointment that same morning, and assisted me in filling out the paper and electronic forms. DA LaShanta, an effervescent personality, quickly and accurately swept me through a sequence of x-rays and 3-D images, always signaling the proper head position and order we would follow. DA Ashley, technically astute, assisted Dr. Cheek – transcribing the results of my examination. Lead DA Keisha, an extremely experienced individual, worked steadily with Dr. Cheek throughout my entire procedure – attending to all instruments and materials, along with the needed hands-on support for a demanding process. Dr. Cheek, a very knowledgeable and highly capable dentist, carefully administered numbing shots and steadfastly executed a difficult extraction – followed by a complicated crown/bridge preparation. Registered Dental Hygienist Elizabeth, a longstanding and skilled oral healthcare provider, thoroughly cleaned my teeth – meticulously applying a series of techniques that all contributed to a most positive end result. Operations Lead Yari concluded my visit with a short conference on billing, making sure I knew the payment options and insurance benefits that would apply. The Allen Park office presents as extremely clean and quite high tech. Dr. Cheek's team works fantastically together, making the entire experience welcoming, successful and rewarding. I will definitely stay with this group of professionals.
Both Evelyn, and LaShonte were both amazing, and absolutely so helpful! I truly appreciate both of them gems! Thank you ladies for everything!!🩷 sincerely Betsy.
