I had an absolutely amazing experience at Aspen Dental in Woburn, MA. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable, cared for, and truly valued as a patient. Anthony, the office lead, was incredible — knowledgeable, professional, and always made sure everything ran smoothly. Sheyla, the lead dental assistant, was outstanding and so reassuring throughout my visit. The dental assistants Miranda, Alannah, Nicolly, were all wonderful — kind, attentive, gentle, and genuinely caring, which made such a difference in my experience. A special thank you to Evelyn, the office manager, who was extremely helpful, organized, and welcoming, making everything from check-in to checkout seamless and stress-free. And of course, Dr. Basheer Hasan was phenomenal — professional, compassionate, and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. This team truly goes above and beyond for their patients. I went to Aspen Dental in Woburn to get a consult for their Motto clear aligners & was thrilled with the service provided! Nicolly was very warm and informational and extremely mindful of my comfort. She was efficient and it was obvious she took great care in her work. Dr. Hasan was thorough and also very informed; he was upfront about my dental plan and explained why my timeline may be a little longer than average due to my teeth, etc. At the end of the appointment I sat with Evelyn to discuss my insurance and finance plan. She was so sweet and I felt comfortable to ask any questions that came up in the process. She explained all of my options clearly and in a non-judgmental way. Aligners are aligners, but overall I was so pleased with the team as Aspen Dental Woburn. I’ll definitely be returning!
