Everyone was fabulous! Dr. Floyd was my dentist. He was very nice (and he looks so young!). Tory, office manager, was delightful—full of personality! Jess, front office, was super nice, and Cassie was so patient with my challenging situation for the x-rays. All in all , it was a great experience! I highly recommend Aspen dental for any dental needs. They do not take Medicaid, so that’s the only down side, if that is your insurer.
I went in expecting pain and a terrible experience but did not experience any of that, front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the team in the back was also great and explained everything they were going to do before proceeding so there were no surprises. Dental plan and cost were fully explained.
Every staff member greeted me with courtesy, kindness and a genuine heartfelt concern for my dental problem. They got me in on the same day. They were all knowledgeable in their field. I was treated respectfully. They were all truly compassionate about my discomfort.
I was worried about expenses but they were there to help me get the treatment I needed now and how to help me financially.
I loved the calm atmosphere of the office and was physically and personally extremely comfortable. Not like any other dentist I've been to. I will definately choose their expertise for my future needs.
