From the first phone call to the actual appointment, everyone was welcoming and everything went smoothly. The office staff were polite and greeted me right when I walked in the door. The office manager was patient and was very thorough with the payment options. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Jessica Kleinschmit. She went above and beyond on explaining the details of my teeth and what we could do to save them. She put a plan in place so I came back the next day to start the process. Dr Kleinschmit extracted one of my teeth in such a short time with little to no pain. She knows what she is doing and does it amazingly. She talked to me during the procedure, so before my nerves could get worked up, she was already done! Best of all, she has such a positive energy. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Alton.

Outstanding service from start to finish It start with (Haley), welcoming as I walked in. Next (Annie), the Assistant, (Kerri) the Hygienist, (Bri) the consult and of course Doctor Kleinschmit. The very next day (Jayden), an Assistant also took good care of me. The staff was Professional, kind, caring, motivated, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I was treated with respect and the crown that came off was taken care of promptly. I will make Aspen Dental my permanent home. Dr. K (as many call her), is very good at making things understandable. Very little pain involved. My thanks to all of the staff at Aspen Dental, for a job well done.
