Very kind and friendly. Easy to talk to
Between the first intial phone call, to the front desk and onwards to Julio and Lexi and Dr. Snow ...they were ALL amazing. I saw Dr. Snow back in 2022 and he warned me that if I wasnt proactive about my cavity on my mollar, I would pay for it later and he was absolutely right.
I called and I was able to get a same day appointment. I am definitely taking their advice this time. They know what they are talking about. Their office is calm, you can tell that everyone works well together. Dr. Snow remembered me and he and the rest of his staff were empathetic and genuinely understanding towards a single mom trying to do the best we can. They set me up with a sensible game plan. I will pay whatever I need to for however long in order to get this all taken care of because from what I have been experiencing, my oral health has been effecting my overall health exponentially over a small amount of time in a negative way. Thank you for the sincere care, down to earth bed side manner, and hope that you guys gave me..no one loves going to the dentist for numerous reasons...but they made it better with reassurance, a oral health care plan, detailed explanation of what I am experiencing and why, and a solution based send off. There is a lot of work to be done but I know I'll be sticking it out with Aspen dental and Dr. Snow and his team. Thank you guys š
Very nice, very patient
