Dr. Banda and his entire team are absolutely outstanding. I love my new smile and all the adjustments I have had done, they were patient with me while I tried to describe what the issue was at the time and always chatted with me while I was there. They really are all fantastic. They paid attention to me and really listened. Very recently I was involved in a house fire and lost my fiance and our 2 dogs and they all sent me a card with the sweetest condolences and a gift card to my favorite gas station. How did they know? Lol. I have found a home with them. From beginning to end, they have never failed me. Trust me when I tell you, if you want excellent dental care and customer service, this is the location you go too. I love them all. I’m absolutely petrified of the dentist and now I walk in ready to be seen and no anxiety because of the care I received. Thank you guys for being so good to me!!! Sincerely, the scared rabbit! When I say I am petrified of the dentist, I shook uncontrollably while I was getting my teeth pulled. Dr. Banda calmed me down and kept checking on me during the procedure and even checked on my fiance to make sure he didn’t pass out. I had a complete extraction and denture fitting btw. It was intense. Thank you all again for your ongoing care.
Everyone is very friendly and patient. The dentist is so knowledgeable and he took his time explaining my treatment plan to me. I highly recommend.
