What could have been a bad situation turned out to be a great one due to the professionalism of Dr. Jones and Pam today. I appreciate the patience and understanding. Friendly, personable professional team. Thank you!
Had a root canal to save a tooth I did not think was possible to save - Dr. El-Hennawey, had the most gentle touch and injection series I’ve ever dealt with! I would request her again if I need another. She made everything pain and stress free. I can’t think her enough for her professionalism and skill set!
Hi all,
Google wouldn’t allow me to add a brand‑new review for a new doctor, so I’m updating my previous one.
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Rodriguez, Alex, and Belkys (spelling). This staff is truly exceptional, and here’s why: I came in a mess—one of my teeth had broken off at the gum line after a few years away from the dentist. Their bedside manner was informative, caring, gentle, and thorough. They completely put my mind at ease.
They helped me clearly understand all of my treatment options, walked me through financial choices, and made the entire process stress‑free (which I really needed). I’m incredibly grateful for how gentle and compassionate they were throughout everything. Even on the day of my appointment, I changed my treatment choice from what I had decided the night before—and once again, they were understanding and supportive.
I would recommend this location, the doctor, and the entire staff to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming, and very clean dental office in the area.
Thank you, Aspen Dental South Tampa!
Moved to South Tampa last year, didn't have a dentist yet. Suddenly I had an emergency, and the closest place that was open and could take me right away was Aspen Dental. I had never used a chain dental clinic before, but gave it a shot. They were great. Easily worked with my insurance. Been back a few times and each time I wasn't sitting in the waiting room long.
It's hard to give a dentist a 5 star rating because I hate going to the dentist! But taking that into account, they make it as least painful as possible. Only small complaint is that they are located right next to a Chick-Fil-A so the parking lot gets busy with cars around lunch time. I recommend you schedule appointments morning or afternoon instead.
This was one of the most pleasant visits to a Dentist I've had. Very friendly staff and caring. I've been terrified of Dentists in the past and they've guaranteed my experience will be better after this visit. I agree. Everyone was very pleasant!!!
