I came in extremely nervous about having a bunch of fingers in my mouth with sharp objects and scary sounds. I’ve had traumatic dentist experiences in the past so my nerves were through the roof just during the consultation. I had to get a tooth extraction and gum cleaning. Every single person I interacted with was kind, courteous, and gentle. The techs were so sweet to me, the doctor was very understanding, and everyone just made sure that I was okay the entire time. I will be going back here to this location every time I need to see a dentist. I’ve never felt more welcomed and taken care of anywhere else. Thank you to the entire team!
I should also add that I scheduled an appointment online first, and then for the procedure itself I was able to go in the very next morning! It was so easy to book the appointments, and they work with you as much as they can!
I highly recommend the Aspen Dental in Viera, Florida! Yesterday, my dad broke his lower denture. I called all around trying to get him in to see someone and to have a same day repair. Everyone wanted to schedule an appointment either the next day or later and had to send his denture out for repair. He wouldn’t get it back until next week sometime. When I called Aspen Dental, they scheduled for us to come in right away and since they had a Lab Technician on-site, they were able to repair his denture immediately. The cost was also much less than others had quoted me. From the time I made the appointment until we were finished, I really felt like they cared about helping my dad. The Office Staff, Dental Assistants, the Dentist, and the Lab Technician were all so efficient, friendly, and helpful. The office is brand new, everything is so nice, and it has lots of space. It was a very pleasant experience and my dad was so happy to have his denture fixed on the same day. Thank you so much, Aspen Dental in Viera, Florida! :)
