They got me in next day for help with my wisdom teeth. They were so nice and I had a great time with everyone I interacted with!! The dentist was super cool and answered any questions I had. They really take their time and care when examining your teeth.
Karie was great
I gave 5 stars based on customer service and care alone! I went to Aspen dental for a new set of dentures. I have worn full upper and lower dentures for almost 18 years. Setting up the appointments was easy and everyone in the office is super nice! Brie (not sure how to spell her name) did my impressions and she was amazing! Loved her! Donna was the tech that I worked semi close with on the wax try ins, and she was awesome! I went through 4 wax try ins. I saw the dentist a couple of times to check my bite and after the 4th try in, it was okay, but still not perfect. I was told any further adjustments could be made after they were actually made, which I guess made sense, but after the 3rd try in, I wasn’t feeling very confident. After wearing dentures for 18 years I feel like I know how they should fit and feel. Most of the time I don’t realize they are there. They fit well. The only reason I needed a new set was because of wear on the actual teeth. The lack of actual tooth surface puts the rest of the denture in jeopardy, so I felt after finding a small crack and having it repaired, it was time for a new set. I was hoping that the new set would fit and feel VERY similar to the set I currently have. That was not the case. The dentures I received were bulky and did not fit my mouth properly. That being said, they were amazing at making all of the adjustments that they could! I was encouraged to give it a couple of days to see if I could adjust to them. I took them home and realized that they just weren’t going to work. I called the following day and explained that they just aren’t working for me and that I wanted to return them and get a full refund. It was that simple. I took them back today and should see the refund within a week or so. No hassle, no argument, no issues. I understand the horror stories online about it being a hassle, but that was not the case for me. Everyone there was awesome! Topanga, the office manager was really easy to work with. Bottom line, everyone there is awesome! I can’t speak to actual dental work, the denture experience itself was disappointing for me, but at the end of the day, everyone there is great and easy to work with and they do everything they can to ensure a good experience.
