Thanks to Simone, Dr. Tran and all staff for great service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Team Experience! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this Aspen Dental location. Dr. Tran and Dr. Sewliam are incredibly efficient and competent, but what really stands out is that they have great personalities—they truly make you feel comfortable. The entire team is fantastic. The dental assistants (Mariah, Simone, Aaliyah, Lilly, and Regina) were all so kind and gentle during my visit. The front office staff—Tiffany, Dominique, Kelley, and E'lexus—were informative, thorough, and completely transparent, which I really appreciated. I also have to shout out Natalie, the hygienist! She left my mouth feeling so fresh and clean, and she took the time to talk me through specific areas where I need better home care without being judgment. Sabrina, the lab technician, is also clearly very detailed and thorough in her work. It’s a great staff from top to bottom. Plus, I love that Starbucks is right next door for a treat afterward! Highly recommend.

The staff as well as Dentist were pleasant and efficient during my appointment and they gave me great instructions on how to take care of my mouth once I left the office! Simone is EXTRA SPECIAL to me while helping me get my teeth WELL taken care of!!

What are wisdom tooth extractions?

Wisdom teeth are the last set of molars to erupt, usually in the late teens or early twenties. Not all wisdom teeth require removal—but when they cause pain, crowding or infection, tooth extraction is often the most effective solution. If the tooth is fully visible, it can usually be removed with forceps under local anesthesia. For teeth that are impacted or partially emerged, a minor surgical procedure may be needed. Your Aspen Dental care team will walk you through which option is best for you and explain how we minimize discomfort.

Reasons to get a wisdom tooth extraction

You may need removal if you experience:

Types of wisdom tooth extractions

Non surgical wisdom tooth extractions

When a wisdom tooth has fully erupted, removal is straightforward. Under local anesthesia, your Aspen Dental dentist gently loosens and extracts the tooth with forceps.

Surgical wisdom tooth extractions

When a wisdom tooth is impacted or angled incorrectly, a surgical approach may be needed. Your Aspen Dental dentist makes a small opening in the gum to remove the tooth, sometimes placing sutures to aid healing.
