So I was weary about trusting another dentist, but man am I glad I decided to move forward.. Losing my teeth has been the hardest experience I ever imagined could happen, I wouldn't wish it on the devil himself, but from the start of this journey, I was met with nothing but kindness and understanding and I was treated as a real person and not just a patient.. The wonderful women heading the front were Amazing!! So nice and always smiling! Everything and all appointments went very smooth.. She went thru all of the details about the new arch's, warranty, cleaning, and finally the payment, she gave me a wopping 20% promotional discount which significantly lowered the cost of the new smile!! She definately knew her way around the details and inner workings of all aspects of my plan..Very happy about that!! And Let me say...the Dr., was the best Dr. I've ever met!! Dr. Pallapati definately knew exactly what she was doing when customizing and fitting my new Signature Elite Denture's!! She was so friendly and open, had an answer to all of my annoying questions, and she provided professional insight for every thought that crossed my mind..I would NEVER EVER go to any other office!! And a huge shout out to the Constructor!! I didn't get his name but he was definately outnumbered by spicy females..LOL.. He is the master that actually made the new teeth, he was also able to customize my long awaited K9s, which he perfected with ease.. BIG DAPS to the guy in the back..your presence is known!! Also the last woman who adjusted the final product, she was amazing too, she most definately knew her stuff!! Thank you for your precise skills madamoiselle.. you will be remembered.. 10 STARZ AROUND THE BOARD FOR THIS LIQUID TEAM OF LADIES!! and a Guy.. My teeth are great! They fit like a glove, my confidence and personality restored!! I actually feel whole, like a regular person Again!! Aspen Dental Stone Oak has my full support and highest recommendation for life!!!!! Thank you all!! Happy Holidays!! May God Bless You All!!

What are wisdom tooth extractions?

Wisdom teeth are the last set of molars to erupt, usually in the late teens or early twenties. Not all wisdom teeth require removal—but when they cause pain, crowding or infection, tooth extraction is often the most effective solution. If the tooth is fully visible, it can usually be removed with forceps under local anesthesia. For teeth that are impacted or partially emerged, a minor surgical procedure may be needed. Your Aspen Dental care team will walk you through which option is best for you and explain how we minimize discomfort.

Reasons to get a wisdom tooth extraction

You may need removal if you experience:

Types of wisdom tooth extractions

Non surgical wisdom tooth extractions

When a wisdom tooth has fully erupted, removal is straightforward. Under local anesthesia, your Aspen Dental dentist gently loosens and extracts the tooth with forceps.

Surgical wisdom tooth extractions

When a wisdom tooth is impacted or angled incorrectly, a surgical approach may be needed. Your Aspen Dental dentist makes a small opening in the gum to remove the tooth, sometimes placing sutures to aid healing.
