Very receptive staff, clean office space, smells good and felt the warmth, and they follow up prior to your appointment. I was attended to by the hygienist Rhoda and she did a great job with my cleaning. I bothered to clean over and over again and she wasn’t fazed. She made almost sleep while cleaning. I can’t wait for my next cleaning. Definitely the place I recommend for you to go for your next and next appointment.

Very professional people and good people giving you upfront attention and understanding your situation 👏

I can't say enough about the staff and Dr. Meunier! It was my best dental experience as an adult that I have ever had. Dr. Meunier listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable while we went over the work I need. I love that he didn't try to push any unnecessary and expensive procedures on me, instead he presented me with affordable and effective options. And although, there's a lot of work to be done I feel comfortable having the work done with Dr. Meunier! Also, I cannot forget to mentioned the office manager Erika who spent time going over the treatment plan and helping secure financing for the work not covered by my insurance. Again , this was stellar service and because of it I will be referring all my friends and family!

What are wisdom tooth extractions?

Wisdom teeth are the last set of molars to erupt, usually in the late teens or early twenties. Not all wisdom teeth require removal—but when they cause pain, crowding or infection, tooth extraction is often the most effective solution. If the tooth is fully visible, it can usually be removed with forceps under local anesthesia. For teeth that are impacted or partially emerged, a minor surgical procedure may be needed. Your Aspen Dental care team will walk you through which option is best for you and explain how we minimize discomfort.

Reasons to get a wisdom tooth extraction

You may need removal if you experience:

Types of wisdom tooth extractions

Non surgical wisdom tooth extractions

When a wisdom tooth has fully erupted, removal is straightforward. Under local anesthesia, your Aspen Dental dentist gently loosens and extracts the tooth with forceps.

Surgical wisdom tooth extractions

When a wisdom tooth is impacted or angled incorrectly, a surgical approach may be needed. Your Aspen Dental dentist makes a small opening in the gum to remove the tooth, sometimes placing sutures to aid healing.
