Should I remove my dentures at night?
Every case is different. Your dentist will let you know what’s right for you. There are special precautions to take with your dentures when they are not being used. Your dentist will explain these to you.
Keep in mind: when you choose Aspen Dental for your dentures, you have the peace of mind in knowing that we’ll go above and beyond to make sure your experience is great. We’re here to make sure you can laugh, talk, eat and smile with confidence every step of the way.
We offer several denture options, all custom-made and hand-crafted for you. Partials are a great solution if only some of your natural teeth are missing. They can make it easier to chew and speak, help support cheeks and lips so your face doesn’t sag, and prevent shifting of your remaining natural teeth. Complete dentures are custom-made, full-jaw dentures featuring replacement teeth that are fitted to an acrylic base. The base is made to match the color of your natural oral tissue.
New dentures are a big step, and they can take some time to get used to. You may experience a few common issues, including increased saliva, the feeling that your dentures are too loose or too big for your mouth, irritation and soreness. These issues are normal and should get better over time.
You may need to come in periodically for adjustments. And even though you don’t have your natural teeth, you’ll need to come in annually for an exam. During your exam, we’ll update your dental and medical history, provide you with a head and neck exam and make sure your dentures still fit right and work properly. As always, if you experience any problems between check-ups, contact your office to schedule an appointment.
The American Dental Association recommends you replace your dentures every 5-7 years for proper fit and appearance. Denture teeth can wear down and stain faster than natural teeth, and tissues in your mouth may change over time. This can result in an improper fit.
The Denture Money Back Guarantee is our promise that you’ll get your money back if you’re not happy with your dentures. If you’re not satisfied with your dentures, we’ll make them right, or your money back.
The Denture Money Back Guarantee applies to all full and partial dentures and covers the cost of the denture(s) only. The refund request must be submitted within 90 days after insert of final denture or hard reline. Denture(s) must be returned within 90 days after refund request date.
