I came in in extreme pain and honestly really scared. I also have a really bad gag reflex, so getting X-rays is always difficult for me. From the moment I walked in, every single staff member I encountered was amazing. They were so patient, caring, and understanding of what I was going through. They took their time with me and made sure I was as comfortable as possible the whole time. I truly appreciated how kind and supportive everyone was during such a stressful visit. It made a huge difference for me. I do wish they took my insurance, but I will absolutely pay out of pocket to keep coming here because of how comfortable and well taken care of I felt.
